Back from a weekend in Byron *sigh*

Thanks for your comment! I know what you mean about having someone read your ramblings. And its always nice to get a fresh perspective on things, even if we were probably better off without it. I think its the socially minded part of us that likes that though...

Yeah, it's nice to get some space and organise some thoughts, and even nicer to find somewhere where you can release them without fear of social stigma, but to be honest, I like it because its quiet, and because its easier to rant to paper or to a keyboard than to people, you know? Maybe it's because paper doesn't talk back...

On the other hand, I think that ther's some part of us that wants to be special, even if we're the only ones that know of it, so by being alone, we make ourselves feel that no-one understands us. This makes us feel unique in a way, and thus subconciously pleased. "Always remember that you're unique, just like everyone else."

-You know you shouldn't worry about what people may think of what you are writing-
I don't, but then again, you have to say something, right? Besides, most of my wiriting is me talking to my version of that football from Cast Away... actually a skull-shaped money box on my desk...
